About the role
🌋 A Realistic Breakdown of a Tuesday Afternoon in Scotch Plains 🌋
3:30 PM — School's out. You arrive with a big smile, a silly joke, and the lingering dread of afternoon traffic. 🚗🛑
3:45 PM — Time to build, play, and engage in high-stakes negotiations over Magnatiles. You are now fluent in dinosaur noises and have memorized the entire plot of a Bluey episode you didn't want to watch. 🦖🧱
4:30 PM — HE DOES IT! The skill he’s been working on for weeks. He looks at you like he just won a Grammy, and honestly, you feel like you just won a Grammy. Best part of the day, hands down. 🏆✨
5:15 PM — A crisp high-five, a chaotic "see you Thursday!" and you walk out with a heart that is remarkably full (and maybe a sticker stuck to your elbow). 🤍🩹
8:00 PM — You’re home, relaxed, and $22–$30/hour richer for an afternoon that felt way more like a comedy sketch than actual work. 🌙💰
Sound like your kind of Tuesday? 🤪
