About the Role

As Motive continues to expand its global footprint, we are hiring a Fulfillment & Logistics Manager to lead and optimize our Mexico fulfillment and logistics operations. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong operational experience, hands-on 3PL and warehouse management capability, and a track record of improving delivery performance in both B2B and B2C environments.

You will oversee day-to-day fulfillment, inventory accuracy, inbound receiving, 3PL oversight, carrier and customs broker management, and cross-border logistics from Mexico. You’ll collaborate closely with global teams across the U.S., EU, and APAC to ensure Motive delivers a consistent, cost-effective, and high-quality customer experience across the region.

This is a high-impact IC role where you will help shape and scale Motive’s Mexico operations as we continue to grow.

What You'll Do

Fulfillment & 3PL Operations

  • Oversee daily Mexico fulfillment operations across B2B and B2C channels.
  • Manage and optimize 3PL partner performance using KPIs and vendor scorecards.
  • Ensure strong SLA/SLI adherence for picking, packing, shipping, and delivery.
  • Resolve logistics exceptions, service failures, and operational bottlenecks.
  • Build and maintain SOPs for receiving, shipping, returns, and inventory processes.

Inventory Management

  • Own regional inventory accuracy, reconciliation, and cycle counting processes.
  • Partner with global supply planning on forecasting, replenishment, and stock allocation.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies; implement corrective actions.

Inbound & Supplier Management

  • Manage inbound shipments and receiving workflows with suppliers and 3PL partners.
  • Ensure supplier SLI adherence, quality checks, and documentation compliance.
  • Improve lead-time consistency and inbound visibility across the supply chain.

Shipping, Compliance & Carrier Management

  • Manage domestic carrier performance and cross-border freight flows.
  • Work with customs brokers and ensure compliance with import/export and regulatory requirements in Mexico.
  • Optimize logistics costs, routing strategies, and delivery performance.
  • Monitor on-time delivery, service reliability, and exception resolution across lanes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with teams in supply chain, finance, tax, customer experience, product, and legal across multiple countries.
  • Provide operational insights to support new product launches and regional expansion initiatives.
  • Build reporting dashboards to improve visibility into fulfillment KPIs, cost metrics, and logistics performance.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience managing B2B and B2C fulfillment operations in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven background managing 3PLs, warehouse partners, carriers, and customs brokers.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, receiving, warehouse processes, and cycle counting.
  • Familiarity with Mexican customs, import/export regulations, and cross-border logistics.
  • Demonstrated ability to build KPIs, vendor scorecards, and drive SLA/SLI improvements.
  • Strong process-building capability, including creating operational SOPs.
  • A self-starter who thrives in autonomous roles and builds structure proactively.
  • Clear communication skills and comfort working across time zones with global teams.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners internationally.

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • You will play a key role in building and scaling Motive’s Mexico logistics network.
  • The work is high-visibility with direct impact on customer experience and operational performance.
  • You’ll collaborate with talented global teams across supply chain, finance, legal, product, and operations.
  • Strong opportunities for growth as Motive expands its presence across North America and globally.

This role is hybrid requiring 1-2 days in office per week and 3-4 visits per month to our 3PL warehouse.

Creating a diverse and inclusive workplace is one of Motive's core values. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome people of different backgrounds, experiences, abilities and perspectives.
