About the Role

As an Associate Technical Recruiter, you will help build high-impact teams by finding, engaging, and hiring talented professionals across Motive’s technology and product organization. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements, identify the skills and experience needed for success, and guide candidates through a thoughtful, well-organized hiring process.

This role combines hands-on recruiting with strong communication and relationship-building. You’ll develop talent pipelines, assess candidates against role requirements, and represent Motive’s opportunities with clarity and authenticity. The ideal candidate is energized by high-volume hiring, interested in technology and SaaS talent markets, and committed to creating a positive candidate experience.

You’ll gain international exposure by working with global stakeholders as part of a structured Talent Acquisition function and cross-functional teams. Motive also offers opportunities to grow within Talent Acquisition and across the organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements, team priorities, and success profiles.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for complex technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer closing.
  • Build and maintain active and passive candidate pipelines using LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.
  • Evaluate candidates’ experience and skills against role requirements, and share clear, evidence-based feedback with hiring teams.
  • Represent Motive’s mission, teams, and opportunities accurately and compellingly throughout the candidate journey.
  • Keep candidates informed, engaged, and supported with timely, thoughtful communication.
  • Track recruiting activity and meet agreed goals for pipeline health, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance.
  • Use the ATS such as Greenhouse and recruiting data to maintain accurate records and improve process effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, interviewers, and recruiting partners to deliver a consistent, seamless hiring experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of technical recruiting experience in technology or SaaS, or equivalent transferable experience.
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles is preferred; familiarity with technology talent markets is a plus.

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to build trust with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
  • Skilled at building relationships, aligning perspectives, and helping teams make timely, well-informed hiring decisions.
  • Able to assess candidate experience against role requirements and communicate findings clearly.

Tools and Sourcing

  • Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system; Greenhouse experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with technical hiring and sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn, or other platforms is a plus.

Working Style

  • Self-motivated and proactive, with ownership of recruiting outcomes and follow-through.
  • Organized and adaptable when managing multiple searches, deadlines, and shifting priorities.
  • Clear and confident in written, verbal, and candidate-facing communication.

Education

  • No specific degree is required. Relevant experience and demonstrated results matter most.
