💼 Your role

You will own the deployment, customer support, technical debugging, and operational excellence at our customers facilities. As the first dedicated Field Engineer on our team, you will figure out how to run every step of a deployment effectively, and design processes to make the each deployment easier than the previous one. You will work cross-functionally between the engineering, operations, and business teams, leveraging your position in the field to steer critical company decisions.

What you'll be doing:

  • Deploy, integrate, and support advanced robotic systems in customer facilities (airports, malls, stadiums, office buildings)
  • Shape future robot iterations by collecting critical technical insights from the field
  • Collect customer feedback and make it actionable for the development team
  • Continuously improve field processes and optimize operational metrics
  • Teach customers and their teams how to make the bots a foundational part of their facility operations

🤖 You

What you should have:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Robotics or similar engineering fields
  • Experience deploying, integrating, and supporting robotics systems
  • Comfortable using power tools and working hands-on with mechanical assemblies
  • Comfortable performing hardware maintenance such as wiring, soldering, and crimping
  • Comfortable working with Linux-based systems
  • Willingness to travel frequently for customer deployments and customer support
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Valid car driving license

These skills are a plus:

  • Experience setting up processes from scratch
  • Experience building a ROS-based functioning robot, from hardware to software, to real-world
  • Proficiency in networking concepts (IPv4, TCP/IP, Subnetting)

Don't worry if you don't hit every check-mark. We value people who learn fast and care about building great products. Just give it a go and apply.
