This is an excellent opportunity for doctors who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about providing high-quality emergency care in a diverse clinical setting.

You’ll be part of a health service that delivers care across a large geographical area, servicing multiple regional and rural communities. The emergency departments are well-resourced, supported by a dedicated clinical team, and offer exposure to a broad and interesting case mix.

This role is ideal for doctors looking to gain valuable hands-on emergency experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.

About the Health Service

Key features include:

  • Access to modern facilities and well-equipped emergency departments
  • A strong focus on team-based, patient-centred care
  • Opportunities to work closely with experienced consultants, retrieval teams, and multidisciplinary staff
  • A culture that encourages professional development, learning, and growth

Who We’re Looking For

  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Preference will be given to candidates with General Registration, however candidates with Limited Registration (Supervision Level 3) are also encouraged to apply
  • At least 2 years of post-graduate experience, including emergency or acute care exposure
  • Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
  • Adaptability and ability to work in a regional or rural environment
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care

Why Consider This Opportunity

  • Work in a well-supported regional emergency department with excellent learning opportunities
  • Experience a broad and interesting case mix not often seen in metro hospitals
  • Professional development and potential career progression pathways
  • Generous entitlements and relocation support options may be available
  • Live and work in beautiful Western Australia, with its unique landscapes, coastal towns, and welcoming communities
