What You'll Do
- Callout assigned driver leads to assist and follow-up with the existing driver applications
- Upsell and highlight the benefits of joining Lalamove as a partner-driver to ensure that the target is consistently met
- Validate driver applications to determine approval or rejection based on documented processes.
- Accurately verify submitted documents, and timely recording of findings
- Adhoc tasks necessary to hit the targets and/or complete the tasks assigned
What We Seek
- A passionate customer service professional who can assist our incoming partner riders with their application process
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline is preferred
- Excellent data-related skills with knowledge of relevant tools and platforms (mostly in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheet)
- Strong communication skills, customer service, and attention to details.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
- Proficient in handling and analyzing data
