About the role

We are Lalamove, and we are transforming the way the world moves. Born in 2013 with a disruptive approach to logistics, we’ve built an innovative technology platform that connects millions of users every single day. We don't just deliver goods; we deliver speed, simplicity, and economic empowerment to local communities. Having established a massive footprint across Asia, the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East, we are full steam ahead on bringing our technology to every corner of the globe. If you are ready to tackle complex challenges and scale a product that impacts millions, your journey starts here.

We are looking for a Product Manager to help shape Lalamove's customer-facing products and the demand side of our marketplace. In this role, you will contribute to core OKRs and prioritize product ideas by deeply understanding user needs and market demand. You will partner with a talented squad of engineers, designers, and data scientists to tackle exciting growth and retention challenges. To thrive here, you will need to wear many hats, work smart, and iterate quickly to build a seamless experience for our growing user base.

What you will do

  • Shape the product direction: Understand the broader business strategy and leverage data, market research, and user insights to help build the future of our customer-facing products.
  • Define the experience: Translate usability studies, user feedback, and market analysis into clear product requirements and wireframes that elevate the end-to-end user journey.
  • Drive end-to-end execution: Partner daily with a talented squad of engineers, designers, and data scientists to take features from ideation to launch.
  • Prioritize for impact: Break down complex projects into actionable phases, prioritizing features that maximize ROI and deliver the most value to our users.
  • Solve problems collaboratively: Work closely with platform and cross-functional teams to design creative, scalable, and user-centric solutions.
  • Keep stakeholders aligned: Communicate clearly and proactively with product leadership and internal teams regarding roadmaps, performance metrics, and launch results.

What you will need

  • BA/BS in a relevant technical or business field (e.g., Computer Science, Management, Economics)
  • 1–3 years of product management or development experience, ideally with exposure to consumer-facing platforms. Fresh graduate with strong internship experience is welcomed.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to understand user behavior, evaluate feature performance, and drive decision-making
  • Highly proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to dive into the details and drive execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to seamlessly bridge the gap between business and technical teams, effectively translating user needs for engineers and stakeholders
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese is preferred but not required
  • Candidates with less or no experience will be considered as Product Operations Associate
