The role is ideal for a professional who combines top-tier strategic problem-solving with deep roots in capital markets and corporate finance. The successful candidate will bring experience supporting senior executives within banking, payments, or fintech, with a proven ability to navigate funding execution, capital allocation, and high-growth commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capital Markets & Funding Strategy: Partner with leadership to drive the "funding" side of the business, supporting debt and equity financing, capital allocation strategies, and relationship management with investors and lenders.
  • Commercial Execution: Build rigorous frameworks and mechanisms to improve forecasting accuracy, capital efficiency, and operating discipline across revenue-generating functions.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Sales, Product, Finance, Risk, and Strategy teams to advance critical initiatives, evaluate funding scenarios, and optimize liquidity strategies.
  • Operational Optimization: Monitor key financial and business metrics, identify operational gaps, and build scalable reporting systems to support business growth and increasing financial complexity.

Qualifications & Attributes

  • Experience: 10+ years across capital markets, investment banking, FP&A, or strategic finance.
  • Sector Expertise: Prior experience in consumer banking, payments, fintech, lending, financial infrastructure, or integrated B2B solutions.
  • Technical Acumen: Deep expertise in financial modeling, enterprise budgeting, variance analysis, and evaluating complex capital markets transactions.
  • Executive Presence: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the demonstrated ability to support and influence C-suite leaders, boards, and external financial partners.
  • Execution Focus: High degree of ownership and accountability, paired with the ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear, actionable business recommendations in a fast-paced environment.
