You should be motivated to take ownership over core projects and always ready to identify and resolve inefficiencies. You should be continuously guided by the question: how can this work better?

The ideal candidate will possess most of the following:

  • Strong background in data structures and algorithms, object-oriented programming, and mastery of C++
  • Experience with latency-sensitive development and low-level system architecture
  • Advanced knowledge of high-performance computing, distributed system design, and network optimization
  • Strong problem-solving skills and research acumen
  • Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts
