Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer timesheets
- Maintain contract documents and records
- Process and track payment claims
- Provide procurement and subcontract administration support
- Perform data entry and generate reports
- Support the commercial team with daily administrative tasks
Requirements
- Experience in administration, document control, data entry, or a similar support role
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience using electronic document management systems is an advantage
- Australian construction project experience is highly regarded.
