You’ll serve as both a trusted advisor and a hands-on leader – translating strategy into action, building stakeholder alignment, and driving measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex client engagements or workstreams from initiation through delivery, ensuring high-quality execution and measurable outcomes.
  • Translate complex or ambiguous business challenges into actionable, insight-driven strategies through data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder collaboration.

  • Oversee vendor evaluations, digital solution implementations, and systems integrator partnerships.
  • Design and deliver change management, training, and organizational development initiatives that drive sustainable adoption and capability building.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships based on trust, transparency, and consistent value delivery.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of management consulting or equivalent experience in leading strategic or transformation initiatives.
  • Proven success delivering measurable results in one or more of the following areas:
  • Process Transformation & Operational Excellence
  • Strategic Program Management
  • Technology Enablement & Digital Transformation
  • People, Culture & Organizational Change Enablement
  • Program Management Office (PMO) Design & Portfolio Management
  • Data Strategy & Intelligent Decision-Making

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required for data analysis, visualization, and executive-ready presentations; experience with Power BI and Tableau is a plus.
  • Strong project management and workstream leadership experience, including expertise in Agile and Lean methodologies and proficiency with tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
  • Flexibility to support client engagements on-site up to three days per week, typically within the San Diego region.
