About the role

Cadence is the clinical AI company automating the treatment of chronic disease. Its Clinical Intelligence takes on the routine, high-volume work of chronic care – monitoring patients, surfacing risks, and coordinating action – so clinicians can focus on the decisions that require them. Grounded in partnerships with more than 20 leading health systems, deep EMR integrations, dedicated medical group, and experience serving a population of more than 100,000 patients, the system learns from real-world care delivery, improving as it scales. Cadence has been recognized by TIME as one of the Top 100 HealthTech Companies and by LinkedIn as a Top Startup (#4, 2025).

The Role

We’re hiring a Compliance Analyst, Policy & Corporate Compliance to own policy and SOP governance, compliance reviews, and risk follow-up across Cadence’s care delivery operations. You will work with the Chief Compliance Officer, policy owners, and business teams to find gaps, track corrective actions, and keep documentation audit-ready. Your work gives clinicians, health system partners, and AI-supported workflows a consistent set of requirements to operate under.

What You'll Do

  • Lead compliance reviews of company programs and processes with business leads, evaluate results, confirm required documentation and approvals, identify risks or gaps, and escalate unresolved or higher-risk issues to the Chief Compliance Officer.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation for compliance reviews and decisions, including policies, review results, exceptions, approvals, corrective actions, and final determinations.
  • Partner with policy owners and business teams to develop, implement, and improve SOPs and compliance processes through structured review cycles, version control, approvals, training, and follow-up.
  • Oversee compliance review of incidents, complaints, and feedback, including recurring reviews that identify trends, documentation gaps, and process improvements.
  • Oversee assigned corporate compliance risks and exceptions, confirm required reviews are complete, keep records current, and escalate unresolved concerns.
  • Evaluate whether required compliance processes and controls are established and operating as intended, document gaps, monitor corrective actions, and drive timely resolution of higher-risk matters.
  • Build compliance tools, templates, and guidance that improve consistency and follow-through, and review business communications and materials for compliance risk, coordinating questions with the business owner or the Chief Compliance Officer.

What You Need

  • 4+ years of experience in compliance, healthcare, audit, risk, program management, legal, or a related field
  • Experience in healthcare or another regulated industry is preferred
  • Experience reviewing a policy, audit result, or business process and identifying when an issue requires escalation
  • Experience turning recurring requirements into clear processes, checklists, templates, or guidance
  • Strong written communication, including the ability to explain requirements, findings, decisions, and next steps
  • Experience using data, workflow tools, and automation to improve the quality and consistency of recurring compliance work
  • Fluency with AI productivity tools (such as Gemini, Notion AI, or comparable platforms) and comfort applying them to structured workflows, reporting, and process documentation
