Position Summary

Blackbird Health is looking to hire a Facilities & Clinic Operations Coordinator, who will serve as the on-the-ground operational owner for Blackbird Health's clinic environments across assigned regional markets in Pittsburgh, PA and expansion regions. You will manage day-to-day facility maintenance, vendor relationships, and site logistics for existing offices while also playing a critical hands-on role in setting up and launching new clinic locations.

What makes you, you

  • On-the-Ground Operator: Thrives in a mobile role, balancing regular field travel across regional clinics with independent problem-solving.
  • Detail-Oriented & Organized: Passionate about keeping physical spaces clean, safe, welcoming, and fully operational for patients and staff.
  • Proactive Vendor Partner: Skilled at building strong relationships with property managers, landlords, and local repair contractors.
  • Hands-On Launch Specialist: Enjoys physical site setups, unpacking deliveries, vendor scheduling, and managing launch readiness checklists.
  • Service-Minded Communicator: Responsive and customer-service oriented when resolving clinic tickets and facility issues for clinical teams.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Maintain & Improve Clinic Standards: Conduct regular site visits to inspect spaces, resolve facility tickets, oversee maintenance/repairs, and manage keycard access and alarm systems.
  • Support New Clinic Launches: Execute physical setups for new locations—coordinating furniture, signage, deliveries, vendor scheduling, and final launch readiness checklists.
  • Manage Supplies & Inventories: Oversee local clinic inventories, equipment, signage, and furniture refreshes across your assigned regional footprint.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Clinical Leads, IT, and Operations to maintain accurate project trackers, communicate site updates, and resolve daily operational roadblocks.

The basics you’ll need

  • 2+ years of experience in multi-site facilities, office operations, retail/hospitality, or project coordination.
  • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, maintenance requests, and site logistics independently.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to physical detail.
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently across regional clinic locations in Pittsburgh, PA and expansion regions.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare, pediatric, or behavioral health clinic operations.
  • Hands-on experience with new site openings, office relocations, or punch-list inspections.

Salary Range

$30—$35 USD
