Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: hands-on performance marketing & demand generation, or lead generation campaign marketing experience ideally within B2B SaaS, technology, or financial services.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions.
  • Platform Mastery: Proven expertise in managing budgets, targeting, and execution across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads with evidence of pipeline and lead generation performance
  • AI & Testing Skills: Demonstrated proficiency with generative AI tools and a track record of executing critical A/B testing strategies to maximize campaign performance and output.
  • Analytics & Performance Marketing acumen: Solid working knowledge and experience with tracking setup, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), marketing automation, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Communication: Exceptional project management and cross-functional communication skills within a fast-paced global team.
