Accountable for operational effectiveness and end-to-end execution of business development initiatives, this role makes final implementation decisions and delivers results through leading and developing team members.

  • People Leadership & Team Development: Provide direct leadership, coaching, and real-time performance management to sales team members to drive engagement, retention, and skill growth.
  • C9 Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with the wider C9 team to standardize and market the service portfolio. Collaborate directly with client support, training, and product management teams to ensure seamless customer support and represent user needs for product enhancement.
  • Market Positioning & Competitor Intelligence: Drive market awareness, acquire and communicate industry trends and competitor intelligence, and position our technology solutions across new and existing markets.
  • Operational Governance & Reporting: Maintain accurate account plans, manage departmental budgets, provide executive reporting, and negotiate key commercial vendor/customer agreements.
  • Travel: Travel as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Domain & Industry Knowledge: Deep expertise in global financial technology, enterprise sales strategy, corporate growth mechanics, financial workflows, and commercial governance.
  • Leadership & Management: Proven track record in managing sales teams, developing talent, managing budgets, and executing large-scale organizational initiatives.
  • Technical Mastery: Executive fluency in enterprise CRM systems, commercial analytics engines, BI platforms, and go-to-market technology stacks.
  • Interpersonal & Communication: Exceptional C-suite negotiation and stakeholder management skills with an entrepreneurial drive to win.

Compensation

  • Salary Range: $140,000 - 190,000 base salary per year
  • Sales Commission Plan
