We're looking for a C++ Quantitative Developer to join our global ETF Market Making team. Working closely with quantitative researchers and traders, you'll help build and enhance the technology that powers our market making strategies. This is an opportunity to develop high-performance trading systems while gaining exposure to pricing models, execution algorithms and electronic trading in one of the most competitive areas of the market. The team trades a diverse range of instruments across markets in APAC, EMEA and the US.

Your future role within QRT:

  • Building and enhancing pricing, quoting, and execution components across the trading stack
  • Working closely with quantitative researchers to implement and optimise trading models and algorithms
  • Developing market data infrastructure and improving the performance and reliability of trading systems
  • Analysing system behaviour and identifying opportunities to improve latency, throughput, and resilience
  • Collaborating with traders to deliver technology that supports live trading and rapidly evolving market requirements

Your present skillset:

  • 3+ years' experience developing high-performance applications in modern C++
  • Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and multithreaded programming
  • Experience developing software on Linux platforms
  • Solid understanding of low-latency systems and performance optimisation techniques
  • Interest in quantitative finance, electronic trading, or market making
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with researchers, traders, and engineers

QRT is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome diversity as essential to our success. QRT empowers employees to work openly and respectfully to achieve collective success. In addition to professional achievement, we are offering initiatives and programs to enable employees achieve a healthy work-life balance.
