  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across Commercial, Operations, and Asset Management teams to enhance performance and customer experience.

What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from candidates who have:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a business development, field sales, account management, or commercial role.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales and growth targets.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Experience working with both B2B and B2C customers.
  • The ability to develop and implement strategic business plans.
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to managing a territory.
  • Confidence using CRM systems and digital sales tools.

Why Join Calor?

This is more than just a sales role. It's an opportunity to become a trusted business partner, influence growth within your region, and make a real impact on the success of our network.
