We are now looking for a proactive, curious and analytical Business Controller to strengthen our CIB Business Control team.
About the role
As a Business Controller within CIB Business Control, you will be part of the central team responsible for financial steering and performance follow-up across the division.
You will
- Provide insights through analysis, reporting and active dialogue with senior stakeholders
- Support financial steering, target follow-up and performance evaluation across business areas and support functions
- Contribute to client profitability analysis and business decision support
- Take a proactive role in improving reporting, processes and analytical frameworks
- Work closely with stakeholders across CIB, acting as a trusted partner in business decisions

- At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within banking/financial services
- Experience from controlling, analysis or similar roles, with the ability to understand financial performance and translate data into relevant business insights
- Previous hands-on experience with AI or automation is highly valued, but not a prerequisite
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience of working with financial institutes and how market developments impact clients, products and business performance In addition:
- You communicate fluently in English
- You have high integrity and a service-minded, flexible approach
