First National Bank of America is seeking customer-focused bilingual candidates to join our Call Center team. We are willing to train individuals who possess exceptional communication and customer service skills, regardless of their previous work experience.

Compensation
- Competitive hourly wage
- Monthly performance-based incentive opportunities
- Shift premium for hours worked after 5:00 PM
Location: Our Lansing office is conveniently located near East Lansing, making it an excellent opportunity for local residents and students.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and other communications from loan customers and assist with a variety of inquiries
- Resolve customer requests in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
- Make outbound calls to provide follow-up support and exceptional customer service
- Accurately create, update, and maintain customer records
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Portuguese and English and/or Spanish and English required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
