We are a well-established, community-focused practice in Portland, Oregon, dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

  • Strong medical, surgical, and communication skills

  • A great sense of humor and the ability to enjoy the day-to-day moments that make veterinary medicine rewarding
  • Interest in seeing pocket pets and rabbits is a plus
  • Oregon veterinary license (or eligibility for licensure)

About Our Practice

We value thoughtful, individualized medicine and encourage our doctors to practice in a way that best serves each patient and family. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, we believe in partnering with clients to develop realistic, personalized treatment plans that reflect their goals and their pets' needs.

Our hospital is equipped with digital and dental radiography, ultrasound, in-house laboratory services, a surgical suite, and modern surgical and new dental machine to support efficient, high-quality medicine. We are committed to Fear Free handling techniques and creating positive experiences for pets, clients, and team members alike. As well as being paperless with utilizing Impromed as our practice management software, and integrated with CoVet as our AI scribe platform.

Just as importantly, we believe a fulfilling veterinary career should be sustainable. We are deeply committed to work-life balance and fostering a culture where team members feel supported both professionally and personally. We work hard, laugh often, and genuinely enjoy working together.

  • Generous PTO and CE allowance
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid parental leave

  • Experience in small animal general practice, urgent care, or companion animal medicine
  • Strong mentorship, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proven adaptability, initiative, and team-building abilities
