You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. • Build an understanding of Snowflake’s delivery methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Support delivery documentation including statements of work, project artifacts, and customer onboarding materials
  • Participate in internal initiatives to improve delivery operations and customer experience

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and follow-through skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Comfort working across multiple projects, stakeholders, teams, and tools
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies or enterprise software is a plus
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) required
