POSITION SUMMARY

The role communicates with financial professionals and their associates to gather the information needed to open new DAFs and their accompanying investment accounts. Work is of limited scope, follows standard practices, and is reviewed periodically against defined procedures. The position receives general instruction on day-to-day work and new assignments and builds stable working relationships across the Fund Administration team and its internal partners.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enter and maintain DAF and investment account information and statuses in Ren’s CRM, data management, and financial management systems so that records stay current and accurate.
  • Request and verify investment account login credentials, add them to the aggregation software according to each custodian’s process, and assist in establishing online access to open investment accounts.
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality service by making outbound calls and responding to inbound calls and emails from financial professionals and associates about DAF and investment account paperwork and requests.
  • Apply standard practices to identify and resolve routine processing issues, recognizing when a situation calls for guidance or an occasional deviation from established procedure.
  • Other duties as assigned.
