Who you are
- Have 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in full-service, high-volume food and beverage operations, preferably overseeing multiple outlets
- Support the Food & Beverage Director in leading daily operations across restaurant, bar, and event spaces
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of budgets, financial reporting, labor management, inventory, and cost controls
- Partner with culinary and beverage leadership to maintain consistent service, product quality, and operational standards
- Lead daily decision making, staffing, scheduling, and planning to support business needs
- Create memorable guest experiences and handle guest concerns with professionalism and sound judgment
- Bring a strong knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and beverage service
- Coach and develop managers and hourly team members, fostering accountability, collaboration, and growth
- Maintain standards for cleanliness, food safety, and responsible alcohol service
- Perform calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment while balancing priorities across multiple outlets
- Understand POS systems, OpenTable or similar reservation platforms, and tools used for scheduling and financial reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve service, strengthen operational efficiency, and drive revenue
