To strengthen our sales team and the XTB brand across the German-speaking region, we are looking for full-time Account Managers (m/f/d) across Germany as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Professional acquisition of interested individual and corporate clients, primarily via phone and email (no cold calling!)
- Phone consultations with new clients regarding XTB’s products and accounts, including after-sales support
- Ongoing account management and support for your active client base
- Win-back and reactivation of inactive clients
- Participation in trade fairs and sales events across Germany (up to 5 times per year)
- Supporting product and platform launches
- Assisting with and delivering educational programs for clients Contributing to the creation of various materials for existing and prospective clients
What you bring to the table
- A strong interest in the stock market, trading, and financial markets in general
- Sales drive and a genuine enthusiasm for selling and customer engagement
- Native-level German (written and spoken) as well as good English language skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex financial products clearly
- High level of personal accountability, proactive initiative, and the ability to work under time pressure
- Preferred, but not mandatory: a completed degree or commercial apprenticeship in finance, business, economics, or a related field
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM system
- Stocks/CFDs knowledge
