About Kaseya

Kaseya is the leading provider of AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software, serving Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT organizations worldwide. Our comprehensive platform helps organizations efficiently manage, secure, and automate their IT environments, driving operational efficiency and long-term business success.

Backed by Insight Partners, a leading global software investor, Kaseya has experienced sustained double-digit growth and continues to expand its global footprint. Today, Kaseya supports customers in more than 20 countries and manages over 15 million endpoints worldwide.

Founded in 2000, Kaseya was built by builders - and we're still building. We look for people who create rather than wait, who see a hard problem and lean in, and who treat challenges as raw material. At Kaseya, everyone plays a role in shaping the future of IT: whether you're in engineering, product, sales, marketing, customer support, or operations, your work helps protect, defend, and optimize IT environments across the globe.

We're building teams that grow, perform, and make an impact. If you're driven by the itch to make things better - a product, a process, a career - you'll fit right in.

At Kaseya, we don't just raise the bar. We build it.

Kaseya is looking for a driven, quota-carrying Account Manager to focus on expanding existing accounts and owning revenue growth within a defined portfolio. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and consistently delivering against (and exceeding) sales targets through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quota Ownership: Take full ownership of a revenue target, consistently meeting and exceeding quota through upsell, cross-sell, and expansion within your customer base.
  • Account Expansion: Proactively engage with existing customers to uncover growth opportunities, leveraging Kaseya’s full suite of products to maximise account value.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor while aligning their needs to Kaseya’s solutions.
  • Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and execute tailored account plans, including regular check-ins and business reviews, to drive pipeline, identify risks, and unlock new revenue opportunities.
  • Adoption & Growth: Monitor product usage and adoption metrics, proactively addressing gaps and using insights to drive expansion strategies and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Revenue Performance: Maintain a strong pipeline, accurately forecast revenue, and consistently deliver against monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, and other internal teams to ensure seamless delivery, maximise retention, and support ongoing account growth.
  • CRM Management: Leverage Salesforce to manage pipeline, track account activity, and maintain accurate forecasting and reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a quota-carrying sales role (Account Management, Account Executive, or similar), ideally within a technology or SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth and account expansion
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and resilient with a strong drive to succeed
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce) for pipeline management and forecasting
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions
