About Kaseya

Kaseya is the leading provider of AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software, serving Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT organizations worldwide. Our comprehensive platform helps organizations efficiently manage, secure, and automate their IT environments, driving operational efficiency and long-term business success.

Backed by Insight Partners, a leading global software investor, Kaseya has experienced sustained double-digit growth and continues to expand its global footprint. Today, Kaseya supports customers in more than 20 countries and manages over 15 million endpoints worldwide.

Founded in 2000, Kaseya was built by builders - and we're still building. We look for people who create rather than wait, who see a hard problem and lean in, and who treat challenges as raw material. At Kaseya, everyone plays a role in shaping the future of IT: whether you're in engineering, product, sales, marketing, customer support, or operations, your work helps protect, defend, and optimize IT environments across the globe.

We're building teams that grow, perform, and make an impact. If you're driven by the itch to make things better - a product, a process, a career - you'll fit right in.

At Kaseya, we don't just raise the bar. We build it.

Position Summary

Kaseya is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of MSP accounts, focusing on supporting customers with strong growth potential.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for expanding and maximizing value within existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, strengthening relationships, and driving consistent revenue growth through proactive account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Ownership & Expansion: Take full ownership of a portfolio of Managed Service Provider (MSP) accounts, proactively identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Kaseya’s product suite to unlock new revenue.
  • Customer Engagement & Relationship Building: Ignite and build strong relationships with existing MSP customers—especially those with low engagement—connecting with key decisionmakers and aligning solutions to their evolving business needs.
  • Commercial Growth Strategy: Develop and execute tailored account plans, including regular outreach, check-ins, and business reviews to uncover opportunities and drive expansion.
  • Adoption & Value Realization: Monitor product usage and adoption metrics, addressing gaps and driving increased engagement to support long-term growth and retention.
  • Revenue Ownership: Own and consistently exceed revenue targets by driving expansion within your account base, contributing to both immediate wins and long-term account growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, and other internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and maximize account potential.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management: Leverage Salesforce to manage your pipeline, track account activity, and maintain accurate forecasting and reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-5+ years of experience in an account management or relationship-focused sales role.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Highly motivated, coachable, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and forecasting abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales managing or working with Small to Mid-Sized Businesses or Managed Service Provider (MSP) clients.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a passion for account growth and expansion.
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).

Compensation

$70,000–$85,000 CAD Base depending on seniority and experience+ uncapped commission + accelerators.

Work Location

This role is based in Downtown Toronto, and we currently work in a hybrid setting (2 days at home and 3 days in office).
