About the role
🔥 Wanted: A Bilingual Human With Superhero-Level Patience 🔥
Do you speak Spanish AND fluent "10-year-old boy"? (Translation skills required for both.) 😄
We're on the hunt for a Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician to hang out 1-on-1 with an awesome kid in Paterson, NJ (07501). Fair warning: he may try to negotiate bedtime, snack time, and literally everything else. Bring your best poker face. 🃏
⏰ The Schedule (Basically the Dream)
📅 Monday–Friday
🕓 4:00 PM–8:00 PM
🎉 Mornings AND weekends? Yours. Forever. Do with them what you will.
💥 Why This Case Is Kind Of a Big Deal
💰 $20–$30/hour — real money for real (fun) work
🎈 No desk. No spreadsheets. Just mentoring, laughing, and the occasional dance-off
💙 1-on-1 setting, meaning your only coworker is a 10-year-old with strong opinions
🫵 What You'll Need
🗣️ Fluent Spanish (Google Translate will not save you here)
⚡ Patience, energy, and a genuine love for kids who keep you on your toes
👉 If you can hang with a kid who has more personality than most adults, apply now — we promise it's more fun than it sounds (and it already sounds pretty good).
