About the role
A Typical Tuesday for Our Scotch Plains Behavior Tech 🗓️
3:30 PM — School's out. You show up ready to go — maybe with a favorite game, a silly joke, or just good energy.
3:45 PM — Session starts. Today it's building with blocks and working on a few new skills. He's laughing. You're both having a genuinely good time.
4:30 PM — Small win: he nails something he's been working on for weeks. That feeling? That's the job.
5:15 PM — Wrap up, quick notes, high five goodbye. See you Thursday.
8:00 PM — You're home, relaxed, and $20–$30/hour richer for an afternoon that didn't feel like work at all.
