  • Prepare an inception report and detailed work plan covering scope, methodology, assumptions, dependencies, stakeholders, milestones, and information requirements.
  • Develop process maps, gap analyses, functional requirements, control points, and recommendations for priority improvements.
  • Define priority reports, reconciliation specifications, validation scenarios, exception-handling guidance, and evidence-retention practices.
  • Support the controlled definition, testing, documentation, and readiness assessment of approved PMIS and Workday enhancements.
  • Produce functional designs, test scenarios, test evidence, issue logs, implementation-readiness recommendations, user guidance, and knowledge-transfer materials.
  • Create a financial closure runbook, lessons-learned summary, residual-risk assessment, improvement backlog, and executive handover package.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders and submit defined deliverables for review and acceptance.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise applications, ERP functional support, financial systems, project management systems, or related business-process environments.
  • Demonstrated experience with Workday or comparable ERP platforms.
  • Experience supporting processes involving Financials, Project Management, Procurement, Grants, Budget, Reporting, Human Resources, or related enterprise functions.
  • Demonstrated experience with year-end or financial closure readiness, reconciliations, controls, process improvement, functional design, testing, documentation, and stakeholder validation.
  • Experience producing executive analyses, risk registers, process maps, functional requirements, test evidence, runbooks, lessons learned, and knowledge-transfer materials.
  • Strong analytical, writing, facilitation, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex functional and technical information to business and technical audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial, operational, and organisational information with discretion.

Nice-to-Have

  • Previous experience supporting PAHO, WHO, or another international organisation.
  • Experience supporting integrated enterprise platforms in multilingual, multi-country, or highly governed institutional environments.
  • Experience with audit readiness, internal controls, continuity planning, and mission-critical operating procedures.
  • Familiarity with PMIS, Workday Reporting, integrations, and formal change-control practices.
  • Working knowledge of Spanish.
  • French and/or Portuguese language skills.
