  • Produce short-form video content (editing, motion graphics, social/promo clips) as needed.
  • You are not just good at the tactics: You’re also someone who is able to come up with fresh ideas—whether through collaboratively brainstorming with team members, proposing your own creative formats, or staying on top of the latest social media trends so you know what type of visual support to prioritize.
  • Track and report on website analytics (traffic, engagement, conversion, etc.) Familiarity with web analytics Google Analytics, Plausible, etc.
  • Partner closely with IFM’s external design agency throughout their engagement.
