Required Qualifications

  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet publishing deadlines, incorporate client feedback, and document quality reviews.
  • Understanding of web accessibility, brand consistency, and client requirements for privacy, security, and information handling.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting government, nonprofit, or other mission-focused clients and collaborating with program staff and subject matter experts.
  • Experience applying Section 508 and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) to websites, multimedia, and downloadable resources.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, tag management, SEO tools, and reporting dashboards.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, image optimization, basic video editing, and social media publishing tools.
