About the role

Wealth Advisor

Accelerate your career in wealth management with one of New England’s fastest-growing independent firms.

Moneco Advisors is a modern, full-service financial planning firm dedicated to helping clients live their best financial lives. We combine a collaborative culture with sophisticated planning tools and a personalized client experience — and we’re looking for advisors who are as passionate about people as they are about planning.

The Wealth Advisor role is a full-time, salaried position with a competitive benefits package and performance-based bonus potential. We’re looking for ambitious, client-focused individuals who are ready to bring fresh ideas and energy to a forward-thinking team.

What You’ll Do

You’ll partner with senior advisors to deliver holistic financial planning while building trusted client relationships. Your work will span four key areas:

Client Experience & Relationship Building

  • Conduct client meetings and reviews to understand goals and deliver personalized solutions.
  • Build lasting relationships through proactive communication and attentive service.
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM and planning tools.

Financial Plan Development

  • Create and implement holistic financial plans covering investments, retirement, tax, insurance, and estate planning.
  • Collaborate with advisors to analyze and apply planning strategies tailored to each client.

Plan Monitoring & Service

  • Track progress of existing financial plans and adjust as client needs evolve.
  • Partner with senior advisors to deliver timely follow-ups and plan updates.

Team Collaboration

  • Contribute expertise and support to colleagues across the firm.
  • Share knowledge and participate in joint problem-solving to elevate overall client service.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor in a planning capacity.
  • Series 65 license (required).
  • CFP® designation or willingness to pursue (firm-supported).
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Experience with planning software (eMoney or MoneyGuidePro preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Wealthbox a plus).

Why Join Moneco Advisors?

This is a unique opportunity to grow your career with a team that values innovation, mentorship, and collaboration. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute from day one, and see firsthand the impact financial planning has on real people’s lives.
