  • Outbound Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, label, and prepare finished products and materials for shipment, ensuring order accuracy, proper packaging, and timely delivery. Prepare shipping documentation, coordinate carrier pickups, and assist with loading outbound shipments.
  • Material Handling & Production Support: Safely transport, organize, and stage raw materials, components, and finished goods throughout the facility. Replenish production areas and proactively coordinate material availability to minimize interruptions to manufacturing operations.
  • Inventory Management & Accuracy: Maintain accurate inventory records through proper material transactions, labeling, storage, and location management. Perform routine cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, and support inventory reconciliation efforts.
  • Warehouse Organization & Kanban Management: Maintain organized storage locations, clearly identified materials, and effective Kanban replenishment systems. Support proper stock rotation, efficient space utilization, and continuous material availability.
  • Warehouse Equipment & Safety: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as trained and authorized. Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment while following established safety procedures and PPE requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Work closely with production, purchasing, quality, and other team members to resolve material issues, communicate priorities, and support operational needs. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, inventory accuracy, material flow, and overall efficiency.
  • General Warehouse Operations: Assist with warehouse organization, returns processing, material movements, and other operational activities as needed to support the success of the team and company.
