Carolina Industrial Systems, a DH Pace Company, Inc. currently has a great career opportunity for a Warehouse Associate in Greensboro, NC. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to maintain a clean, safe working environment while loading and unloading delivery trucks, stocking inventory and operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts.
What You'll Do
- Receiving and off-loading materials, verifying counts to purchase orders, and checking shipments for damage
- Ensuring that all stock is properly stored
- Staging materials for installation, shipment, or customer pick up
- Utilizing company specific software, field devices, and paperwork to maintain accurate inventory information
- Utilizing hand tools, mechanical equipment, and motorized equipment (including, but not limited to, box cutters, rolling carts, ladders, pallet jacks, for lifts, drills, saws, etc…)
- Light fabricating
- Other duties as assigned
What You Bring
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- Team oriented with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Ability to safely lift 75 pounds above your head and climb ladders with loads
- One (1+) year of warehouse experience preferred
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and a good driving record
- Must be willing to obtain a Class E license to drive company box trucks
- Forklift experience is a plus
