About the role

Cato Networks is the converged network and security cloud for the AI era.

As AI reshapes cybersecurity, enterprises face a dual challenge: unlocking AI’s potential while defending against AI-driven attacks. Cato addresses both through a unified, cloud-native platform, providing the visibility and context to prioritize risks and stop threats in real time across users, applications, data, and AI agents.

Join us as we scale: take on ambitious technological challenges and shape the next generation of enterprise security at a company trusted by thousands of organizations worldwide.

Cato Networks is seeking a VP of Product Management to lead the vision, strategy, and execution for Cato’s management platform, Data Platform, and network and security operations portfolio. Your scope will include the Cato Management Application (CMA), Agentic CMA, XDR, XOPS, Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM), NOC capabilities, and posture management, as well as the Data Platform’s infrastructure and data products and the developer experience supporting Cato’s SASE platform.

You will shape how customers configure, monitor, secure, and operate their environments, delivering a unified management experience powered by AI, automation, and data. You will also guide the evolution of the data foundation and products that turn network, security, and operational telemetry into actionable insights.

You will lead the product organization for this area, working closely with the Research group, the PLG team in London, Engineering, DevOps, and SRE. In partnership with executive leadership, you will translate this vision into a clear roadmap that delivers intelligent management experiences, scalable platform and data capabilities, and measurable customer and business value.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution across CMA, Agentic CMA, XDR, XOPS, DEM, NOC capabilities, posture management, and the Data Platform, including its infrastructure and data products.
  • Advance the Agentic CMA vision, enabling customers to move from manual administration toward intelligent, automated management and operations.
  • Deliver cohesive workflows across network and security operations, connecting visibility, investigation, troubleshooting, posture assessment, and remediation.
  • Define the Data Platform strategy, prioritizing scalable data ingestion, processing, storage, and access capabilities that support analytics, AI, and operational use cases.
  • Lead the development of data products that transform platform telemetry into actionable insights, reporting, and measurable customer value.
  • Establish priorities for data quality, governance, availability, and performance in partnership with Engineering and relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead and grow the product organization, developing strong product leaders and teams with clear ownership and accountability for outcomes.
  • Partner with the Research group and Engineering to translate research and emerging AI capabilities into practical, reliable experiences that simplify management and operations.
  • Collaborate with the PLG team in London to improve self-service experiences, accelerate time to value, and drive adoption and growth.
  • Work closely with Engineering, DevOps, and SRE to prioritize infrastructure and developer experience investments that improve scalability, reliability, and development efficiency.
  • Engage directly with customers and partners to understand their management, network operations, security operations, and data needs, validate product direction, and guide prioritization.
  • Define success metrics and use customer feedback, product analytics, and market insights to guide investment decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Align stakeholders across Engineering, Sales, SE, Marketing, and Operations, leading product initiatives from discovery through launch and adoption.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including senior product leadership roles at VP level or equivalent.
  • Proven experience leading and scaling product organizations, including managing product leaders and multiple teams.
  • Strong technical background in enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, and infrastructure, with a solid understanding of networking and network security.
  • Experience owning complex enterprise management platforms, administrative experiences, or products serving technical users.
  • Experience leading product strategy for data platforms, including data infrastructure and data products, with an understanding of data pipelines, analytics, and data governance.
  • Experience with network or security operations products, such as XDR, digital experience monitoring, NOC workflows, or posture management, with the ability to lead a portfolio spanning both domains.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate AI and automation capabilities into valuable product experiences; experience with agentic AI is an advantage.
  • Experience defining product strategy for platform infrastructure or developer experience in close partnership with Engineering, DevOps, or SRE.
  • Familiarity with product-led growth, self-service adoption, and usage-driven product development.
  • Strong strategic judgment and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and foundational platform and data investments.
  • Business-driven and customer-first mindset, supported by experience in customer engagement, market research, competitive analysis, and product analytics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
