What You Will Do

Video content is one of Think Academy's key communication tools with parents. Across our website and social media platforms, videos play an essential role in explaining course structures, teaching methods, and student outcomes.

We are looking for a Video Content Growth Lead to build and scale an AI-powered video content engine that drives customer acquisition. You will oversee the end-to-end process, from creator content sourcing and video production to multi-platform distribution and lead generation, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive measurable growth.

As a Video Director/Scriptwriter, you will be responsible for the end-to-end creation of educational and marketing videos, from concept development and scriptwriting to production and delivery. You’ll ensure that each piece clearly conveys the value of our courses and builds trust with parents. The role requires strong content planning and basic video production skills, as well as cross-functional collaboration with the teaching, design, editing, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy: Build a network of teacher creators and develop content strategies aligned with audience needs and acquisition goals.
  • AI-Powered Video Production: Use AI tools and external vendors to scale video scripting, editing, repurposing, and production.
  • Multi-Platform Growth: Manage video distribution across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Facebook, connecting organic content with paid advertising.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work directly with teaching, product, sales, and marketing teams to coordinate content initiatives and drive execution.
  • Performance Optimization: Track leads, conversion rates, and CAC to continuously improve content performance and acquisition efficiency.

How You Can Be Qualified

  • Experience in content marketing, content growth, or digital marketing, with demonstrated customer acquisition results.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and workflows for scalable content production.
  • Strong understanding of short-form video content and social media platforms; professional video editing skills are not required.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in education, online learning, or content targeting parents and families.
  • Experience recruiting and managing teacher creators, UGC creators, or creator networks.
  • Proven success generating leads through organic short-form videos and repurposing top-performing content for paid ads.
  • Experience building AI-powered content production workflows or automation systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate qualified leads and improve CAC through content marketing.

Pay Structure

  • Total Compensation: $96,000 - $130,000
  • 401k and Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance
  • H1B Sponsorship available for eligible candidates
  • As part of a global education company, you may have the chance to collaborate with international branches, engage with our headquarters, or explore cross-border career opportunities
  • Relocation Allowance available
