About the role
Wolf Run Veterinary Clinic is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to become the next member of our incredible team and serve as the welcoming face of our hospital.
In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a team-focused customer service environment.
Schedule and compensation
- Compensation: $14 – 17 per hour, for each hour worked
- Schedule: This is a flexible, full-time position with availability needed Monday–Saturday. Hospital hours are Monday–Friday 7am–7pm and Saturday 8am–12pm.

Minimum qualifications and skill set
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role
- Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience preferred
- Proficiency in the following skills:
- Ability to manage a multi-phone line system while assisting in-person clients
- Experience working with veterinary practice management software preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide compassionate, professional service to clients during both routine and emotionally sensitive situations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars preferred
- Ability to accurately process payments and maintain financial records
- Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with a team
- Ability to remain calm, professional and solution-oriented during busy periods
