Part of our Finance function, Enterprise Transformation shapes and leads our Co-op's biggest changes, from the first idea and business case through to delivery and results. We partner with leaders across the business to invest in the right things and make sure they land well in stores and support teams.
Te Tūranga – About the role
Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Transformation, you’ll lead our enterprise delivery enablement capability: the processes, data, tools, standards and smart use of approved AI that help our transformation team deliver, end to end. This is a senior capability leadership role, where you will build your network, partner closely with IT enablement teams and influence senior leaders to embed better ways of working, helping us do more with the same.
In this role, you will:
- Own and improve delivery processes, data and tools; set enterprise standards, monitor adherence and establish assurance health checks to improve team delivery
- Prioritise productivity and efficiency gains through team adoption of digital tools, automation and emerging technologies
- Turn data into clear recommendations and tell the story to senior leaders
- Partner with IT enablement teams so we work as one
- Influence across the business to change behaviours and help new ways of working stick
You’ll know you’re making a difference when leaders use trusted portfolio insights to make decisions, teams adopt and sustain better delivery practices, and delivery maturity, predictability and visibility of risks and capacity improve across the portfolio.

He kōrero mōu - About you
You’re an experienced leader who sees things from many perspectives and gets things done through influence. You combine hands-on understanding of delivery tools and data with the ability to shape how teams work and embed lasting change. Your industry doesn’t matter to us, but the scale and complexity of your experience does.
You’ll bring:
- Experience leading delivery enablement or assurance, across different delivery approaches and from first idea to delivery, in large and complex environments
- A track record of influencing at scale, from executives to many different groups, changing behaviours and embedding new ways of working
- Confident stakeholder communication: you read the room, tell the story and make complex things clear
- Experience developing and embedding frameworks, processes and ways of working that connect strategy to execution
- Strong data, reporting and analytics experience with tools like Jira (or similar), and an understanding of the data and systems needed to turn information into recommendations
