Key Responsibilities
- You will complete the Trainee Technician training program, which will last between 6 and 12 months, depending on experience. You will be mentored by an experienced colleague and monitored by the H&S training and compliance team. You will learn all policies and procedures relevant to your role including the Safe Systems of Work. You will be trained to complete the below qualifications
- Ensuring we consistently meet customer demand for all services offered
- Always maintain high-quality work
- Attention to detail and confident and capable in your technical ability
- Ensuring you follow all policies and processes to conduct work to the highest standards
- Always meet the DVSA guidelines & standards

All our Mobile Commercial Tyre technicians will be trained in REACT—Roadside Emergency Action Concerning Technician's standards. This is the licence to work safely on the roadside.
Required Skills
- Passion for working in the automotive industry and to obtain the relevant qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Flexibility and willingness to work overtime
- Possess a full, current driving licence
