About the role

Role: Technology & Training Manager - North (North East, North West, Scotland & Yorkshire)

Location - One day a week in Westminster HQ and then three to four days out across their assigned area

Role Overview

Reform UK is preparing for a general election by increasing its number of staff in the field. In applying for this role, please be aware this is not merely a job. It’s a mission. We will expect any applicant to be someone completely committed to the Party, and able to demonstrate this in their CV and/or covering letter.

Reform UK is seeking two highly organised Technology & Training Managers to join our team (one in the North and one in the South). They must excel in communication, organisation, and strategic thinking, possessing a genuine passion for developing others as well as a strong understanding of politics. They must be able to deliver engaging campaign training content to support the growth of the party.

With 62% of Reform UK members having never been a member of a political party, we have passionate volunteers who are keen to learn how to deliver high quality election campaigns. You’ll be a natural people-person with sharp administrative and organisational skills, able to juggle multiple priorities and play a vital role in driving results across the UK. The majority of this role will be delivering face to face training, so you must be prepared to travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Campaign Training for Reform UK across your assigned area
  • Work with Senior Campaign Managers & Campaign Managers on making sure monthly Campaign Training sessions are held
  • Assist branch officers with campaigns and technology related questions
  • Working with Councils to ensure the electoral registers are uploaded monthly across your assigned area

What we're looking for:

  • Strong alignment to Reform UK and its values (essential)
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills (essential).
  • Excellent public speaking, communication and coordination abilities (essential)
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines (essential)
  • Experience in political campaigning & election management (desirable)

Applicants must hold a UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
