About the role
We are looking for a motivated Technical Support Representative in our Pakistan office to assist customers and internal teams with technical issues, troubleshoot software problems, and ensure timely resolution of support requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and assist clients with application-related issues
- Troubleshoot account and application issues to identify root causes
- Diagnose problems and run tests within the application to verify functionality
- Submit support tickets for parts delivery requests and other necessary actions
- Document client interactions and issue resolutions accurately
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely resolution of their concerns
What We're Looking For
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot software/application issues
- Highly attentive to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in a customer support, help desk, or technical support role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (HubSpot, Intercom, etc)
- Experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or related industries is a plus
