AURI by Endor Labs closes that gap. It runs inside the harness where coding agents work, through hooks, skills and MCP, so the controls sit outside the model and every agent action is visible. Underneath is our patented code context graph, which maps code, open source, containers and infrastructure. It shows which vulnerabilities can actually be reached and exploited, then delivers fixes that won’t break the application. How You'll Make an Impact

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance across pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
• Design and customize security solutions to fit complex customer environments, including developing bespoke solutions when needed.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues using your software engineering, application security, and DevOps expertise.
• Build strong relationships with customers ranging from startups to global enterprises and become their trusted technical advisor.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams, translating customer feedback and technical challenges into product improvements.
• Help customers adopt secure software development practices while improving their overall developer experience.
• Lead technical integration projects and provide strategic technical guidance to customers throughout their journey with Endor Labs.

What You Bring to the Table

If you are interested in helping to define and build a product and culture at an early-stage company, and the list below matches your background, we would love to talk to you!

• 8+ years of overall experience in a technical domain, with at least 4+ years of hands-on experience in software development, application security, or DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, with experience designing, implementing, or managing workflows to ship and secure code.
• Strong understanding of programming languages, application security principles, and secure software development practices.
• Experience designing custom technical solutions and working directly with customers in Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Account Management, Technical Support, or similar roles.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently investigate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Customer-first mindset with experience building secure and scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactive approach to identifying customer needs and developing strategic solutions aligned with their goals.
