About the role

With 1,000+ intelligence professionals serving over 1,900 clients worldwide, Recorded Future is the world’s most advanced, and largest, intelligence company!

Recorded Future's Technology Integration Track delivers the post-acquisition integration with Mastercard across Business and Product Security, Product Infrastructure and Architecture, Business IT, and related domains. The Technical Project Manager serves as the track's primary delivery lead for a portfolio of integration workstreams spanning security remediation, operational integration, and vendor-delivered engagements. The role also supports compliance and certification initiatives as required and provides continuity and escalation coverage for the Program Director across the broader integration program.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and deliver a portfolio of integration workstreams from scoping through closure, including vendor-delivered engagements and strategic operational initiatives assigned by the Program Director.
  • Exercise independent judgment in selecting the methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria appropriate to each workstream, and determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
  • Build and maintain integrated plans, schedules, and dependency maps with Recorded Future workstream owners, Mastercard counterparts, and vendor delivery teams.
  • Manage project health through in-depth analysis of risks, issues, and dependencies; drive resolution directly and escalate with clear options when decisions exceed the workstream's authority.
  • Coordinate the efforts of colleagues, vendors, and adjacent integration tracks to resolve dependencies and competing priorities.
  • Support compliance and certification initiatives as required, including planning, implementation tracking, and evidence coordination, in partnership with the responsible project manager.
  • Provide continuity and escalation coverage for the Program Director across the broader integration program, including stakeholder forums and executive reporting.
  • Maintain program tooling, including Jira, Confluence, and custom trackers, so that status, ownership, and evidence remain current and visible.
  • Prepare concise, decision-oriented status reporting for integration leadership, technical leads, and Mastercard stakeholders.
  • Facilitate working sessions and decision forums across security, IT, engineering, and compliance stakeholders; document decisions and ensure follow-through on actions.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of technology project or program management experience, preferably including M&A or post-merger integration.
  • Wide-ranging experience delivering complex, cross-functional technology initiatives across security, IT, infrastructure, or cybersecurity domains.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues creatively and effectively by applying professional concepts and organizational objectives.
  • Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand architectural concepts, development methodologies, and operational IT systems.
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, including senior leaders and external partners, and building productive relationships beyond one's immediate area of expertise.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to bring clarity and structure to high-pressure initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Agile/SAFe, ITIL, ITSM, or enterprise IT governance frameworks.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and custom trackers.
  • Fluent in English and experienced in working with global teams.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: exposure to federal or industry compliance programs (for example FedRAMP, SOC 2, or ISO 27001) and to vendor management.
