This is a highly collaborative, execution focused role requiring strong cross functional coordination, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to identify and resolve roadblocks while maintaining critical project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Management: Navigate complex organizational structures to identify and engage appropriate subject matter experts, decision makers, and process owners.
  • Documentation & Evidence Management: Coordinate the collection, validation, and submission of technical documentation, supporting evidence, contractual materials, and third party agreements required for approvals.
  • Timeline & Deliverable Management: Establish priorities, track milestones, monitor dependencies, and proactively address risks that may impact critical deadlines.
  • Leadership Communication: Prepare clear, concise status updates outlining project progress, outstanding requirements, ownership, next steps, and potential risks. Escalate blockers with recommended solutions.
  • Technical Coordination: Facilitate discussions between technical teams and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve outstanding questions, and accelerate approvals.
  • Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies, documentation gaps, tooling challenges, and workflow bottlenecks. Recommend improvements to streamline future review and approval processes.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain accurate records of approval scope, decisions, and supporting documentation to enable consistency and efficiency across future initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or a closely related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent legal, privacy, regulatory, or compliance approval processes against fixed deadlines.
  • Strong experience coordinating complex projects across Engineering, Legal, Privacy, and business stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to gather, organize, validate, and manage documentation and evidence required for formal approval processes.
  • Experience navigating large, matrixed organizations and successfully engaging stakeholders across multiple teams.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, dependencies, and compressed timelines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in executive status reporting, risk identification, and blocker escalation.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn unfamiliar internal systems, tools, and established review workflows.
  • Self directed, resourceful, and comfortable operating independently in a dynamic environment.
