About the role

As Technical Showcase Manager, you own the planning and execution of customer, partner, investor and media showcases across our NeuraGyms.

You act as the key interface between Growth, Sales, Marketing, the CEO Office and our technical teams, ensuring every showcase is aligned with business objectives, technically feasible and delivered with excellence.

Your goal is simple: make sure every visitor experiences the right robots, the right use cases and the right story.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all showcase requests.
  • Translate visitor goals and business objectives into showcase requirements.
  • Align expectations, priorities and timelines across technical and business stakeholders.
  • Communicate readiness, risks and changes proactively.

Showcase Planning & Technical Readiness

  • Plan and coordinate customer, partner, investor and media visits.
  • Coordinate robot, demo cell and team availability with Gym Operations and Engineering teams.
  • Ensure demos are prepared, tested and ready for execution.
  • Define fallback scenarios and adapt plans when technical constraints arise.

Demo Storytelling & Customer Experience

  • Select the most relevant use cases and demonstrations for each audience.
  • Continuously improve showcase narratives, tour formats and demo concepts.
  • Maintain the NeuraGym Showcase Playbook, including key messages, demo flows and technical FAQs.
  • Keep showcase content aligned with the latest product, AI and robotics developments.

Continuous Improvement

  • Gather feedback from visitors and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with Growth and Sales to improve showcase effectiveness and impact.
  • Help standardize and scale showcase best practices across all NeuraGym locations.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, operations, customer-facing technical roles or similar environments.
  • Strong technical understanding of robotics, automation, AI or complex technical products.
  • Able to assess technical readiness, understand limitations and make informed decisions without being directly involved in implementation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, structured and solution-oriented.
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with changing priorities.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Passion for humanoid robotics and Physical AI.
