About the role

About

There are over 5 billion users using basic applications today such email, notes, tasks, calendar and they're not AI-native. Our mission is to build proactive applications for anyone in the world, who are not used to complex prompting. We aim to bring intelligence to conversations, errands, organising and workflows, with minimal to no prompting.

Our first application is an agent-first mobile communication app. We believe building applications that users use daily for communication, coordination and collaboration needs will help integrate AI into their lives. The net effect is to eliminate misinformation, achieve low coordination costs, enable high-quality tasks and collaboration at scale with minimal or little prompting.

Role

  • Define product requirements, user flows, acceptance criteria and feature specifications
  • Work with engineering and design to assess technical feasibility, functionality and user experience
  • Prioritise features and manage the product backlog based on user needs and product goals
  • Coordinate development, testing and releases to ensure features meet agreed requirements
  • Analyse product usage, user feedback and performance metrics to identify improvements
  • Research competing products and user behaviour to inform feature decisions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience in technology companies
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, data flows and distributed systems fundamentals
  • Ability to translate user and business requirements into precise specifications, acceptance criteria, edge cases and failure-handling requirements.
  • Ability to understand technical designs, identify dependencies and risks, and discuss implementation trade-offs with engineers
  • Experience shipping software products in close collaboration with engineering and design
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to define success metrics and use product data to guide iteration
  • Good product judgment and prioritization, balancing user value, engineering effort and business objectives.

Nice to Have

  • Engineering background or hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, developer tools or AI-powered products.
