About the role

Your mission & challenges

Your responsibilities, in order of priority:

1. Training content & curriculum

  • Define the Academy curriculum for the usage and application of our robots – from operator to programmer and integrator levels
  • Build a certification program with clear learning paths, exams and certificates
  • Make sure training content is ready at every product launch, in close exchange with Product Management and Development
  • Enable internal teams (Sales, Service, NeuraGym) and onboard new colleagues

1. Team leadership

  • Lead, develop and grow the trainer team, including hiring and onboarding
  • Set quality standards for trainings and trainers, including train-the-trainer programs
  • Plan trainer capacity, training labs and robot equipment

1. Online training & AI

  • Build an online and blended learning offer (e-learning, virtual classes, simulation-based exercises)
  • Use AI to turbocharge training: AI tutors, faster content creation, personalized learning paths and automated assessment
  • Scale content to multiple languages and regions

1. Training system & administration

  • Select, set up and run the learning management system (LMS) and training administration: booking, scheduling, participant and certificate management
  • Integrate the training system with CRM, e-commerce and invoicing
  • Define and track KPIs such as participant satisfaction, pass rates, utilization and revenue

1. Training business

  • Develop the Academy business model: training portfolio, packages, pricing and subscriptions
  • Own the Academy P&L and budget and drive revenue growth together with Sales

What we are looking for

  • Degree in engineering, robotics, computer science or comparable
  • Several years of experience in technical training or an academy, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Solid understanding of robotics and automation and how robots are used in applications
  • Proven experience in building curricula, certification programs or online learning
  • Hands-on experience with LMS and training administration systems
  • Good understanding of AI tools and how they can be applied in learning
  • Business mindset: experience with pricing, budgets or P&L responsibility
  • Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in building a training business from scratch or scaling it internationally
  • Experience with instructional design and e-learning authoring tools
  • Fluent in German and English
