About the role

At REGENT, we’re on a mission to revolutionize regional transportation between coastal cities. We're not just building vehicles, we're creating a new category of transportation: the Seaglider. These groundbreaking wing-in-ground-effect craft travel just above the water’s surface, combining the speed of an airplane with the low operating costs of a boat. Capable of 180 miles at 180 mph on today's battery tech (and up to 400 miles with next-gen batteries), Seagliders will unlock fast, affordable, and sustainable coastal transit for passengers and cargo - connecting cities, islands, and communities like never before.

Backed by leading investors and powered by a team of passionate, forward-thinking engineers, builders, and operators, we’re now scaling from a breakthrough prototype to full production - and building the team to make it happen.

Role Overview

REGENT is looking for a Talent Programs Coordinator to help us build and run the programs that bring great people into the company.

This role sits at the intersection of recruiting operations, candidate experience, and early-career talent programs. You'll keep interviews moving across a fast-growing organization, help create an exceptional experience for candidates coming to REGENT, and take increasing ownership of our year-round campus recruiting program — from university relationships and career fairs to intern recruiting and early-career pipelines.

You'll also own many of the logistics that make joining REGENT easier, including candidate travel and relocation support, and help coordinate the recruiting events where we meet future REGENT teammates.

This is a great role for someone who loves making complicated things run smoothly but doesn't want to only manage calendars. You'll have plenty to coordinate, but you'll also have the opportunity to build programs, improve how we work, and take on more ownership as REGENT grows.

🔧 What You'll Do

  • Keep Our Interview Process Moving: Own interview scheduling and coordination across teams, keeping candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams aligned even when calendars and priorities change quickly.
  • Create a Great Candidate Experience: Help make every interaction with REGENT feel thoughtful and organized. Coordinate candidate communications, travel, onsite logistics, and interview-day details so candidates know what to expect and have what they need.
  • Help Build Our Year-Round Campus Program: Partner with the People team to build and run a campus recruiting program that extends well beyond intern season. Maintain our campus calendar, coordinate relationships with universities, career centers, faculty, and student organizations, and help REGENT build strong early-career talent pipelines.
  • Coordinate Intern & Early-Career Recruiting: Keep the recruiting side of our intern and early-career programs moving — including applications, interview coordination, candidate communications, pipeline tracking, offers, and other program logistics.
  • Run Recruiting Events: Coordinate the details behind career fairs, campus visits, conferences, hiring events, and other opportunities for REGENT to meet prospective talent. Make sure we show up prepared — and that we follow through afterward.
  • Support Relocation From Offer to Arrival: Serve as a consistent point of contact for new hires relocating to join REGENT. Coordinate relocation logistics, resources, vendors, and communications so people aren't left figuring out a major move on their own.
  • Build Better Ways of Working: Look for opportunities to make our recruiting and talent programs simpler, faster, and easier to navigate. Help improve workflows, templates, documentation, automations, and the systems we use to keep everything moving.
  • Use Data to Improve Our Programs: Keep our systems and trackers accurate and help us understand what's working — from campus partnerships and event engagement to interview operations and candidate experience.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong Coordination & Organization: You know how to manage a lot of moving pieces, stakeholders, deadlines, and details without losing track of what matters.
  • Experience Supporting Recruiting or Talent Programs: You've worked in recruiting coordination, university recruiting, People/HR, program coordination, or another environment where you've had to keep complex, people-centered processes moving.
  • A Candidate-First Mindset: You understand that the details matter. A clear email, well-run onsite, smooth travel experience, or quick answer to a question can shape how someone feels about joining a company.
  • Program-Building Instincts: You're excited by the opportunity to do more than execute a checklist. You notice what's missing, think about how something could work better, and are comfortable helping turn an idea into a repeatable program.
  • Strong Communication: You're comfortable communicating with candidates, hiring managers, university partners, vendors, and teammates, and you know how to adjust your approach depending on who you're working with.
  • Comfort With Change: Plans shift. Interviews move. Hiring priorities change. Events don't always go according to plan. You're able to reprioritize quickly and keep moving without needing everything to be perfectly defined first.
  • Follow-Through You Can Count On: You take ownership of the details and close loops. When you say you'll handle something, people can trust that it's going to get done.
  • Comfort With Systems & Data: You're comfortable learning new tools and using systems to keep work organized. Experience with an ATS like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever is a plus.
  • Curiosity About the Mission: You don't need to come in knowing everything about Seagliders, aerospace, maritime, or defense — but you should be excited to learn. You'll be one of the people helping candidates and campus partners understand why REGENT is such an interesting place to build a career.

🔍 Who We're Looking For

  • Collaborative People Partner: You know a great candidate and talent experience takes coordination across a lot of people. You build strong relationships with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, university partners, and teammates, communicate clearly, and make it easy for people to work together.
  • Comfortable in Ambiguity: You’re energized by a fast-moving environment where schedules, priorities, and plans can change quickly. You can figure out what matters most, adjust on the fly, and keep things moving without needing every detail mapped out first.
  • Detail-Oriented Operator: You’re great at keeping a lot of moving pieces organized and take pride in following through. Whether it’s an interview, campus event, candidate trip, or relocation, you anticipate what’s needed, catch the details, and close the loop.
  • Builder Mindset: You don’t just run the process that exists today. You look for ways to make the work better — improving workflows, tools, candidate experiences, and programs in ways that help the People team operate more effectively as REGENT grows.

🌟 What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation including a robust equity incentive plan.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance — we cover 100% of your premiums.
  • 401(k) with company matching, so you can plan for the future.
  • Generous flexible time off, paid parental leave, and company-wide holiday breaks.
  • Daily, free catered lunches.
  • Learning and professional development opportunities.

If you’re ready to take on an exciting challenge, grow with us, and make a lasting impact, we want to hear from you. Even if you don’t meet every requirement, but you see yourself contributing to our mission, we encourage you to apply! We value diverse skillsets and experiences and believe in the potential of passionate individuals to make a big impact.
