About the role
About RapDev
RapDev builds the operational backbone for autonomous IT. More than 1,000 enterprises run ServiceNow and Datadog better because of us — trusted data, connected workflows, and AI that resolves incidents instead of just reporting them.
On the ServiceNow side of our business, we specialize in modern ITOM, ITAM, AI, SPM, and DevOps implementations designed to help organizations engineer their ServiceNow into a powerful AI-driven platform. And on the Datadog side of our business, our experienced team of SREs and DevOps engineers drive better observability, availability, and deployment velocity for organizations looking to drive measurable business impact through their Datadog environment.
How we work
RapDev specializes in modern ITOM & DevOps ServiceNow delivery and implementations as well as integrations and services for Datadog. Our experienced team of SREs and DevOps engineers powerfully brings together these two ecosystems to drive better observability, availability, and deployment velocity across your organization.
