  • Utilize recruitment systems, reporting, and data to drive transparency, measure progress, and support process improvements.

To succeed in this role, we think you should have

  • Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to high-growth or technology-led environments.
  • Demonstrated capability in sourcing and engaging passive candidates using structured research methods and diverse talent channels.
  • Proven experience hiring senior-level engineering talent and technical leadership roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to set clear expectations, provide structured updates, and drive alignment through delivery.
  • Experience hiring across multiple functional areas, including Engineering, Product, Business, and Commercial roles.
  • High degree of ownership, self-management, and follow-through.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and HR systems, and ability to apply data to refine hiring decisions and workflows.
  • Clear, structured approach to communication and documentation.
  • Strong commercial understanding of how effective hiring supports organizational priorities and workforce growth.
